Seakeeper Ride Return & Exchange Policies

Refunds or exchanges will be made on products purchased within 14 days of receipt.
Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
All items returned or exchanged must be in their original, unworn condition.
The original tag(s) must remain attached in order to return your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn and/or are damaged.
For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
We will not be responsible for any damages or lost items during their return.
You may exchange or return products purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt.
Please include your RMA number on your packing slip and the reason for exchange/return with your merchandise.
